Disability Rights
Disability Rights is well above & beyond how wide a doorway is or if there is a ramp. Disability Rights covers,
Housing, Food, Discrimination Protection against
(PWD)
and so much more.
People do not choose to be Disabled, a Disability chooses them. It dosn't matter what color your skin, income, reign is a Disability will not care it will get you. If we are fair we will make shore that both People with-in the Disability Community & those not with-in the Disability community will treat each other with the respect they want others to treat them with.
There are people in the Disability Community that have been predigest to one another. There are people that will say that their Disability is more important than another one's. There is so much more work that we as a community can and need to do to make shore all People's rights are met with Dignity.

Public Transportation
Public Transportation is not just as simple as most people think about it. to People With Disabilities & Poor People this can mean the difference of life & Death. PWD have no choice but use Public Transportation to not only preform the most basic tasks but to live the same & fair lifestyle as someone without the limitations who can
CHOOSE
to drive whenever they wish.
Public Transportation should be
FREE
to All People in it's many different forms.

Healthcare
Healthcare should be totally
FREE
and available to ALL People!
This desn't effect the Rich with the money to cover their needs but this effects the entire Economy.
People of Color & People With Disabilities who are poor are greatly effected.
Healthcare & the freedom to choose the type of healthcare determines if you can live your life to the fullest. Without being healthy you can't,
Work, Play (Which provides JOB'S for other People), You can't live life as an Equal like someone who can do other things because they are healthy, The ability to eat healthy & clean Food is a Right.

Environmental Protection
Environmental Protection includes Healthcare, Public Transportation, Housing etc. With clean Air & Water people's health will Improve. Using Clean energy to power Public Transportation, Farming of Goods & Services and powering our Homes & Businesses will go full circle.

Support Local & Small Business
Support Local & Small Businesses is very important to me.
Local & Small Businesses are the bread and butter of a healthy community. When we keep it local we keep it
Unique.
When you shop local you build your community and give people outside your community something they won't have in their community while building your community up. While keeping it local you create more opportunities grow & employ people taking care of the hurtles of Homelessness, Unemployment, while building stronger communities.
This is what really makes America Great Again.

Fair Wages
Against Sub-Minim-Wage of (PWD)
Fair Wages,
Against Sub-Minim-Wage of (PWD).
People With Disabilities are one of the biggest groups of people who are allowed to be paid Sub-Minim-Wage.
In the 1930's it was thought to get PWD back to work because of the Depression. This has proven to dot do what was calmed to do.
We as locals on a local level can make a difference. We need to not support businesses that are willing to pay PWD below the Minim Wage. We need to make shore we support Fair Wages of PWD & other fields such as Waiter Services etc.
Not giving Tax-Credits to companies that are willing to ship our local jobs overseas, not provide healthcare & benefits to their employees, making & keeping products local effects the local economy.
If you are paid below the minim wage you are not able to Achieve your American Dream. If you don't have money you can't travel or do the things you would like to do because without money you are limited. This is why I say the statement,
(Money Is a Form of Slavery).

Equal Rights & Equality
Equal Rights & Equality comes in many different forms.
Everything from Employment, Healthcare, Housing,Transportation, Education, Food, Shelter, Access.
Being treated fairly in life is a goal to make shore that in all of the above statements & situations are treated withe the same advantage with the Accommodations necessary.

Housing & Communication
Housing is a Necessary right. It should never be a crime to be homeless & there is more to homelessness than what most people think. Most people think when someone is homeless they just want to leach off of the system. This is not completely true. There are reasons that put most people in this position but this is not what has to happen. We as a society need to
CHANGE
the way we live life in our community. There are laws that are put into place that make things that arwe Rights become Illegal. Everything from your boss can fire you even if you were a perfect employee & you were never late. The boss could just send your job overseas and now you can't pay your bills so now your entire life changes. When your life changes this effects other peoples lives. This is why 95% of Americans are one paycheck away from homelessness. There are many other reasons that we as Americans are homeless. All it takes is a Change & we could be able to reach our goals & dreams.
Communication is very vital because it dosen't only allow us to use our voice but it allows us to access the world in the same way to Educate ourselves and call for help which is part of Healthcare. I support
Net-Neutrality
because it allows you & I as a community to communicate and we need to make shore we as Citizens don't lose our right to use our VOICE. We are losing our rights each and everyday. If we allow this to continue what you say will hont you and those you love.

Police Accountability
Police Accountability is very Important not only to those who have money & have advantages such as
White Skin, Religious Benefits.
This would mean that the Police would have to treat ALL People Rich and Poor the same. If someone commits a Crime they both need to be given the same rights that are Constitutionally rights to All People. This means as well that a person should be given Accessible Accommodations to Representation, A Speedy Trial etc.
The Police are not trained with the knowledge to serve or accommodate PWD. The police are way too worried about their own lives to think about the fact that there are PWD that may or may not be able to comply with orders and the police are not trained to handle medical/Disabilities.
There are People With Disabilities that may not be able to hold their hands up in the air or be able to walk. The Police are NOT suppose to be the
Judge, Jury and Executioner!
If a police officer is suppose to enforce the law they should use,
Commonsense!
Beings that the police do not have the proper training to help People With Disabilities they are not treating all people equally. Looking at some people you can't tell if they are Disabled or not.
For example there was a minor that was doing nothing wrong but a police officer thought he was doing drugs this Disabled person was TACKLED to the ground and treated like a Criminal.
Another thing to take into consideration is when PWD are doing something that other people and ALL of us should be given the fair RIGHT to do which this country was built upon this,
PROTESTING.
When People With Disabilities are arrested they are put into DANGER! If there is a group of people doing what is an American Citizens Right to d and you are arrested as a PWD while other people are taken to Jail if you have a Disability you could be taken to another floor of a building and held for an Unknown time period.
The Elevator can be Locked Dow & you are put in a place where your Disability is not properly Accommodated. Because you are in a area that is not properly designed to Accommodate your needs and if you are on a separate floor with the elevator locked down & in the event there is a FIRE or Natural Disaster without the proper Accommodations your life can be in danger if they cannot get the Elevator working.
There have been cases where the police have taken someone in to jail or held them in a building and the Person has no way to get home afterword. To PWD this is not acceptable. To make accommodations available to help people by Not locking people up for Non-Violent Rights such as Protesting etc.
We need to change laws to make shore that ALL Peoples Voices are heard and all people are treated fairly. For someone who wouldn't have the money to pay for transportation or are released when public transportation is Unavailable. When more & more Jails/Prisons and Holding Ficilities are not equip to accomidate People With Disabilities and People of Color who both are on low fixed incomes in-which they are not given the same protections and medical care as someone with money do.
